Walk and Talk
In this consult we have up to 2 hours to cover the following :
Detailed phone interview, buyer demographic research, checklists for each room, Open house checklist, recommended furniture arrangement, decluttering, architectural highlights and curb appeal ideas.
Power Staging
We will spend up to 4 hours refining what you have started and using your newly purchased items. Will teach you creative organizational skills so you can prep your home in 20 minutes for showings.
Full Staging Day
We will give you a Home Prep Plan to complete before our day together where we roll up our sleeves and tackle each room for up to 6 hours. We will work on emotional connection points, I will bring essential staging accessories for a visual shopping list. And you will walk away with beautiful after photos of your home.
Redesign
Need help elevating your home. Let’s work together to make your space the one you have always dreamed of.
Redesign Starter
With this service you get a phone interview and an in home consult. Then a design board, shopping list with links and sketch of furniture and accessory placement.
Hands on makeover
In this service you get everything from the starter but also includes me coming back to the home to assist in furniture placement, shelf styling and wall decor hanging. Max 2 hours onsite
